The Second Lebanon War
In the summer of 2006, from July 12th to August 14th, war broke out between Israel and Lebanon in response to attacks against Israel by Hezbollah, Lebanon's most powerful terrorist organization. This war cost the lives of 121 soldiers, including 2 who were kidnapped and 44 civilians in addition to the 628 soldiers and 2000 civilians who were wounded.
